Nice place to work! - Junior college counselor Zenith Prep Academy Employee Review

I’ve worked at Zenith for a year and have genuinely enjoyed my time here. I like my students, I like the people I work with, and I like what the job allows me to do. This is not a place for people who want to coast. The schedule can take some getting used to, but if you’re someone who wants to build a lot of knowledge in the field while delivering meaningful work to students across the country, there aren't really better options I can think of for someone in the field of education especially now. Leadership is very transparent the company, and it's refreshing for me from where I worked before. The company has grown and changed for sure, which means things move fast and you’re often building while running. That can be uncomfortable for some people, but for me it’s been great.

Cons: • Not a low-stress environment, but I know I sometimes put that on myself not wanting to let anyone down.

They at least provide the staff with office supplies.

The academy doesn't provide you with equipments and have to use your own! Your laptop, cell phone, and other larger equipment you might need for the job. They're terribly cheap but they expect their staff to work harder than most people do.
