Too much micromanagement & inconsistent policies - College Counselor Zenith Prep Academy Employee Review

You need to have excellent time management skills due to workload

They at least provide the staff with office supplies.

The academy doesn't provide you with equipments and have to use your own! Your laptop, cell phone, and other larger equipment you might need for the job. They're terribly cheap but they expect their staff to work harder than most people do.
