Pros
Zenith has grown tremendously since I've joined, and they have continued to expand and improve processes and practices. Management honors their word and they value their employees time and dedication. I feel like I am valued for work and am able to offer sound solutions to help our team grow. Added benefits - offer health and wellness benefits, 401k to kickstart financial savings, and flexible work schedules and all positions are fully remote. Allows me the flexibility I need to maintain a successful work/life balance.
Cons
If you've never come from a fully remote world, or one that offers flexible schedules, it can take some time to get used to and holding yourself accountable can be a challenge at the start.
