This is the one of the worst company I have ever seen. There is no team management.

1st of all whatever the positive review is written here that is posted by company HR. I have an exp of only 5 months in this company, these 5 months were enough to know abt this organisation. For me, they selected on basis of java knowledge, and stated that they need good java knowledge candidate. Once I joined they gave some stupid type task which was nowhere related to my skill, Either some documentation or some tool based testing. Office timing: there is no specific timing, they'll force you to sit more than 10 hrs. in office even if you don't have any work. Management: there is no policy nor any business ethics in these people. You can even expect foul word from managers/TL if you ask for leave in case of emergency. It happens with me they have cut my 7 days salary after going home for my mother treatment.Above all while asking for leave for an emergency, personal statements were made on the situation. These people need to learn professionalism. You can't expect any help from your TL, u'll be told straight to use GOOGLE to complete work. I asked my TL for help he told company have assigned you a task. So, you have to do that any how. They don't follow any policy, and would use absurd reasons to make things against you. Even after leaving the company, they are yet to do full final settlement. They have deducted something or the other from my salary every month, Finance dept/HR said it would be refunded, but now they are hesitant in clearing the amount. So, In my opinion this company is fully fraud and they cheat employees. People join org. with great expectations, but non-compliance with policy is really serious, you can really never be sure. After joining me more than 15 employees left this company because of its behavior and work.
