Pros
Great exposure to full cycle recruitment-from sourcing to onboarding. I worked on hiring for various tech roles (Developers, Data Engineers, BI Analysts,) which helped me understand the IT landscape really well. The team was collaborative and friendly, always ready to share tips or help with closing tricky positions. I learned to work with ATS tools, LinkedIn sourcing, screening processes, and even go to coordinate directly with Clients-lots of real responsibility.
Cons
The fast-paced environment may be intense for some, but for me, it was motivating and helped sharpen my time management skills. Sometimes the workload gets intense with urgent hiring targets, but that's pretty typical in agency- style environments. A bit more structure in onboarding or a formal recruiter training program would have been helpful, especially for those new to technical hiring.
