Some of the most incompetent HR reps I've experienced. They do not communicate changes in HR policies and failed to communicate limits on contract renewal terms, even when asked directly.
My family is now in grave financial danger as I was never informed that my contract role could not be renewed past 2 years without me taking a 6 month break (I only found out about this rule through another colleague who was hired a few months before me).
I've also been told I'm not allowed to use more than 24 hrs of sick time within one year, however, I can use the remaining 24 hours I've accrued starting in October, AFTER MY CONTRACT EXPIRES. How can I use those additional 24 hours if I will no longer be employed by the company? And of course, no additional compensation will be given to credit me for those hours.
Please stay away from this company - still haven't figured out how they are still in business.
