Poor leadership and micromanagement overshadow any positives - Operations Manager Zenplus Fleet Employee Review

Salary issue and still 1 month salary pending and worst management and there is no proper HR for employee issues

Nothing for positive and I was getting salary 15th to 20th of every month

None of them which I came across I just found good colleagues

1. The management is worse. They commit you multiple things but deliver nothing 2. No value for work, biased recognitions 3. The management misleads the top management with fake performance 4. No listening to productive views or action plans 5. Zero Job Security. They would first hire intensively and the fire people who haven't even completed a few days or a month. 6. People who do nothing, still have their jobs secured but people with hardwork and dedication have to face layoffs just because of eco issues of few folks in the management 7. They judge you for leaving office on time but never notice that we come early too. They sit around in the office till 9pm-10pm, doing nothing but gossiping about people and gulping food
