      I had a largely positive experience with the culture at Zensar Technologies, specifically regarding the work-life balance. However, the stability and professional growth are highly dependent on the specific project you are assigned to

      Cons

      I found that my project had very little room for advancement or skill development, and I was eventually laid off due to a lack of consistent work volume. While it’s a friendly place to work, I’d advise new hires to be proactive about project placement to ensure long-term stability.

      Pros

      They make up any excuse to not pay you on time.

      Cons

      They don’t pay on time. Getting paid is always a hassle. This company only exists to take advantage of Indians on H1B visa in america. Once they get you there they know you are trapped and have no option but to comply.
