Pros 1) Flexible work timing. 2) Good exposure on new and advanced technologies in the field of AI, ML, IoT and AR/VR. 3) Good exposure on understanding customer requirements and executing targeted solutions. 4) Contributions are periodically recognized and rewarded. 5) Most of the team consists of Young and dynamic professionals.
Cons
Cons 1) Unstructured Managment 2) No on-site opportunity. 3) Caters to small customer pool on limited finished products. 4) Most of the endeavours are R&D types and PoC centric. 5) No good to move here after significant experience. 6) Very Very poor hike despite performing excellent.
