Opportunity to growth are limited

There are opportunities for overtime; and freedom to communicate ideas for a better way to do project tasks. The assignment was for 2 to three months fast track; I was there for 8 months. No more project work was available. I was able to work hybrid. The owner is family-oriented and cares about the employees.

Designers are not offered time and a half for overtime.
