Other assemblers are nice and helpful.

Management is derespectful all the time. Good ideas are always blocked because they never did it that way in the past. Only people that suck-up to the shop supervisor get her approval on good idea, overtime and coming in when they want. She herself comes in late\and leaves early every day. It brings moral down but the big boss doesn't care cause he never talks to any of us any way.
