Pros
Some teammates are kind and willing to help when needed.
Cons
Toxic and demoralizing management that thrives on poor leadership and zero accountability. Appraisal scam: Management sets appraisal cycles but conveniently delays salary revisions by 8–9 months, treating employees like they should be grateful just to get paid. Salary delays are routine, leaving employees to bear penalties on EMIs and other financial commitments — a clear sign of disregard for staff well-being. Ghost HR: Practically invisible, hides behind email with no real support, making HR presence meaningless. No proper hierarchy or structure, leading to confusion and mismanagement. Exhausting late-night calls: Forced to sit through 4–5 hour nonstop calls at the end of the day (which conveniently aligns with US management’s morning). Excessive working hours: Expected to work 12–14 hours from the office with no regard for work-life balance. Pathetic leave policy: Taking leave is made unnecessarily difficult, making it one of the worst in the industry. Chaotic HR policies: Employee-related policies change weekly, and even HR staff are often unaware of the current rules. Punitive leave rules: “Sandwich leave” policies and loss of pay for sick days on Mondays or Fridays. Targeting employees on notice period: Staff who resign face unfair scrutiny and pressure.
