Pros

Innovation-Driven: Zerion is at the forefront of the Web3 space, building one of the best wallets out there. You're part of something big, shaping the future of the internet. Employee Value: You're not just a number at Zerion. The company values its employees' input and allows you to make a genuine impact on the product. Learning Opportunities: The pace is fast, the learning curve steep, but that makes the experience incredibly rewarding. You're always growing and learning here. Work-Life Balance: Despite being in a rapidly evolving industry, Zerion respects and maintains a good work-life balance. The leadership understands the importance of a satisfied team.

Cons

Fast-Paced: The speed of work can be overwhelming at times. The crypto space is rapidly evolving, and keeping up can be a challenge. Steep Learning Curve: Expect a steep learning curve, particularly if you're new to the crypto space. It can be a lot to take in, but it's part of the growth process.

Pros

Kind, inclusive and a driven team

Cons

A company whose management is very actively learning, seeking and implementing feedback can rarely have complaints lasting that long.

Pros

Fast-moving DeFi company that is challenging the status queue on how aggregators operate in a non-custodial way within the DeFi ecosystem. - Company with integrity (across management and investors) - High trust managers & culture of moving fast/iterating - There will always be interesting project to work at regardless of your role - Flexibility around employee benefits if you perform

Cons

With any growing startup, there are growing pains & Zerion is no different - Fully remote team can make culture and shared understanding across departments challenging for those not used to such an environment. - Up to you to rise up to your responsibilities, ask the right questions, and be persistent. - Would love to meet the rest of the team in person (but Covid) ;)
