Pros

The company lets you work remotely

Cons

Retroactively took money out of my 401k for two years after I left. Claimed that they made an administrative error despite using the same matching policy for over five years. Can't trust them to do things right, can't trust them to do the right thing.

Pros

Zerion Software is a fantastic place to work for multiple reasons. 1) The company was started with a 'family' company culture as a core value. Even as the team grows, this is still evident throughout. There is respect in the workplace for each individual and the talents that they bring to the table. This gives each individual the freedom to learn and grow. Zerion also provides multiple benefits to employees and puts their needs first. 2) Innovation: At Zerion, innovation and new ideas are always welcome. With new ideas, new skills may be needed. Zerion allows you that opportunity. 3)The Software: Zerion provides game changing software to customers in over 110+ countries. With this, comes the opportunity to interact and build relationships with customers from all parts of the world. Through customer relationships, you are exposed to different verticals and new ideas on a daily basis. Things you may never have learned if it weren't for that relationship.

Cons

Coming up with a Con is difficult. The only one I can think of is about communication with team members outside of the HQ office in different time zones. Zerion has set up a lot of different channels for employees to communicate and socialize with team members who work remotely. This works great, except for when you have a team member who is on the complete opposite side of the world. It takes extra effort on everyone to make sure we all stay connected.
