      Work From home, great coworkers, good work life balance, senior management is great.

      Cons

      Have to file your own taxes and no benefits such as health insurance and PTO (that's a given being a contractor)

      The company lets you work remotely

      Cons

      Retroactively took money out of my 401k for two years after I left. Claimed that they made an administrative error despite using the same matching policy for over five years. Can't trust them to do things right, can't trust them to do the right thing.
