The products produced are aimed at making the rental process easier, faster and fairer. They're hyper-focused on doing the right thing (throughout the hierarchy), which is very refreshing in today's job market. The knowledge and experienced gained is unmatched by any larger companies, in fact, any other companies generally in my experience. If you’re willing to put the work in, you’ve got the opportunity to go far. ZD are willing to invest in people and help them grow. The leadership team (CEO and Directors) are very approachable and they’re all willing to help with anything. They’re also perfect for the roles they’re in which gives everyone confidence in the business, it's direction and it's new products. If you’re career hungry, work hard and have a passion for what you do, I couldn’t recommend enough.
