Pros

There are great people that work there. Most are concerned about the work that they do and care about the company

Cons

Management all the way to the top do not care about the workers. They have not given raises for approximately 8 years. They don't pay their bills which makes it very hard to get your work done. They keep managers that are terrible with employees and keep them only because they have tribal knowledge. They bring in people and make you believe that they will help fix the company but they are no better than those they have replaced. It's a very sad environment to work in due to how they handle their operations. Many managers and supervisors have quit as they are tired of trying to make things work with no success.

While this review was posted a while ago - it is important to respond. In many ways your review is not inaccurate for what was going on in 2016. I'm happy to report that things have changed dramatically for the better! We were under different management and since that change was made so many great things have changed for ZERO Manufacturing! Great Benefits, Pay, Holidays, etc. Our employees are the best of the best!!!

Pros

Folks here are generally friendly. Maintenance is the best department at Zero. Zero has been around for years and it will continue to grow.

Cons

Turn over rate at some department is quite high. Leadership needs improvement.

Pros

Good work life balance. Hard to find another manager position anywhere that only requires 8 hours a day.

Cons

Constant turnover. Lots of temps used for skilled positions leading to a lot of issues. The management team is at odds with each other constantly. The company is bought and sold every few years as it is a private equity company. Executives are clearly driven to make profits regardless of the impact on staff, equipment or reputation. No place you want to spend any part of your career at.
