Pros

They sell you hard on the veteran community and camaraderie there. However, it’s all using and abusing veterans, through skill bridge with active duty working for free, to hiring known disabled veterans who they can low ball on an hourly wage by selling them on the product and team environment as a trade off. They will tell you everything you could possibly want to hear as a hungry veteran seeking a community again since leaving active duty.

Cons

There’s no true brotherhood there or team, minus a few good ones. HR, management, the good ole boys club will rid of you regardless of your work ethic and team first mindset. They preach they want feedback and “no jerks”. They will shame you for providing feedback and in fact the biggest jerks/bullies. They’ll dangle the carrot in front of you for a year or more with unfulfilling meetings and promises never delivered.

Pros

-Culture is awesome - Management team gets it - Growth seems great. Momentum is all positive

Cons

- Series B is still a startup - Occasional long hours. Things tend to move quickly - Nothing other than that! I can't say enough good things!

Pros

Supportive leadership team that genuinely cares about employee growth and well-being. Exciting mission that makes you feel like your work has real impact. Fast-paced environment where you can learn a lot quickly. Collaborative teammates who are always willing to help. Strong company values that create a sense of purpose.

Cons

High-growth environment can mean priorities shift quickly. Sometimes fast pace requires extra hours to meet deadlines. Processes are still evolving as the company scales. Communication across departments could be streamlined further. Workload can feel demanding at times, but it comes with the territory of a mission-driven startup.
