A great place to work - Development Lead ZeroLight Employee Review

I've had the pleasure of working with some extraordinarily talented people at ZeroLight, not just in my function on the technical side of things, but over HR, Finance, Operations, & Design. The onboarding process was one of the best I've ever had, and people over all areas of the business are happy to lend a hand, offer advice, or listen to what was happening in my department. I felt that I've had a real opportunity to give input to the direction of the business, and that not just mine, but everyone's ideas were given careful consideration regardless of job title. Most importantly, I've found that people were kind, authentic, and genuine. Ego never factored into decisions, process, or action. I can recommend ZeroLight as a great place to work!

Feature releases and deliveries can sometimes get lost among the different tech squads, but I believe the process implementations and improvements will continue to address this.

Unwillingness to review salaries, never mind annual increase across the board in line with cost of living/inflation. Poor management. Most PMs dont have a clue whats going on in their own projects, and expect you to work out of hours for no extra benefit or salary, never mind a simple thanks
