Cons
The product is easy to explain but difficult to understand. Adoption from clients is very trying and challenging. Company is known for "white glove service" which leads to client facing and data science teams reinventing the wheel every time a client has an ask. Management is not experienced and does not know how to scale or lead. When a new mom told the head of people that working 55+ hours a week wasn't sustainable she was told she might be better off being a stay at home mom. The people team does not know how to create or foster culture and think that giving swag and having a cool office = culture. The company is very young and it is many employees first jobs so they do not know to expect better. The CEO is a bit creepy and targets a few young women to devote his attention to.
