Pros
The team here is so smart and talented that you'd think they'd be intimidating, but they're not because they're so god damn charming. For the most part, everyone works incredibly well together. I spend my days frolicking around the office in delight. That being said, you need to have an insane work ethic to function well here. Luckily we all do. I think most of the people here are all soft and sweet and adorable on the outside, but made of steel inside. We have a clear mission, vision, and values. Everyone feels like a part of something. Management is talented and approachable. Employees are encouraged to innovate. Perks are great: massages, meditation, health budget, nonstop food, team events, retreats,...
Cons
The typical challenges of working at a quickly growing startup. You never feel like you're caught up because everything's moving so fast. Even though Communication is one of our values, a lot of stuff doesn't get communicated because there just isn't enough time.
