Career Opportunities: Hard work, responsibility, and dedication are rewarded with recognition and opportunity for growth. Day-to-day you get to work in many different aspects of the design process, and with Zeterre's talent for unique, exceptional design, it makes it difficult to get bored. Work/Life Balance: Being a small office, you have a large responsibility to your work. That being said, the work/life balance is great, and is especially enhanced by a friendly, comfortable, and beautiful office environment. I was rarely asked or expected to work late, and when I was, it was for good reason. Culture & Values: The company culture is nicely balanced: cocktail hours, lunch-and-learns, floral arranging, etc. You get to know your co-workers very well, and everyone feels like part of the team.
