Thank you for posting the feedback. At Zetron, we have clear leadership principles. Two of which apply in this case, 'Tension is Good' and 'Right People over Right Strategy.' When we are in a sales role whereby, we avoid tension by abdicating accountability we learn that we likely do not have the right person. As an organization, it is imperative to take action to ensure that the entirety of our organization thrives and participates in our success. That requires that we are all accountable. Employees will outgrow companies, and the reverse is true as well, companies will outgrow employees. We wish the best of luck in the future.
