      Good culture and learning. One of the very few new age startups which gives to hand on experience of trading and manufacturing industries.

      Unique offering with a massive backing and potential! Makes every day exciting.

      Cons

      There is some cultural disconnect between the global operations and North American unit. This gap is closing but does show it's face from time to time.
