Overall a bad company to work - Head Supply Chain Zeven Employee Review

Nice head office - The office is small and well laid out, with a TT table, Foosball table and Cricket pitch. Employees can sit either inside or outside (If they need a little privacy). Work environment - The atmosphere is informal and full of fun. Team leaders are friendly and easy to approach (Most of them). Employees are encouraged (in fact forced, at times) to play during work hours. This made it a thoroughly enjoyable place to work. Opportunities to grow - Since the team is relatively small, employees get to wear several hats and gain experience in fields which they would otherwise remain ignorant. ( For example I worked in the HR, marketing and sales teams )

While the location of the office is good (near Ulsoor lake), there are no decent eateries, cafes nearby and one has to go either around the lake or to Indiranagar (15 mins away) to get lunch.

It was a wonderful experience working in Zeven as I got a chance to meet sports stars such as Mahesh Bhupathi, Rohan Bopanna, Chris Gayle, Kedar Jhadav and Shane Watson etc. apart from that I got a chance to watch all IPL 2017 matches held in Bangalore.

Lot of politics in the company, Lack of career growth, Store employees are considered as delivery man.
