1. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by a toxic manager's dominant attitude hindered my ability to contribute and grow. 2. When I encountered challenges and sought justice, the response from the indian company who managing their operations ICP & Partners was unsupportive. 3. Transparency and open communication were lacking, leaving me feeling disheartened. 4. Due to the toxic environment by my manager, I found it challenging to fully leverage my skills and contribute to my fullest potential.
