I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company, particularly with Ranjita. In my experience, she tends to exaggerate the situation, and the reality often doesn't match what is promised. She is a liar. The company does not have any new projects in the pipeline and has been recycling the same ones for over a decade. Despite claiming to value employees, their actions suggest otherwise—they do not listen to employee feedback or concerns. They treat employees like a slave. The technology stack is outdated, which limits professional growth and learning opportunities. Moreover, the director seems disconnected from day-to-day operations. Even if he is aware of the internal issues, there appears to be no initiative to address them. Overall, the environment lacks transparency, innovation, and genuine concern for employee well-being. 3 month notice period, seems like you cannot leave them but they can fire you anytime.
