Cons
1.Work pressure is too much for few people and others being relaxed 2.they over burden people by making them feel that they don't do anything , when they do great. Hence more burden less resources. 3. When you are below two years of experience and want to leave the company for whatever reason they will not give you any documents of relieving and experience letter and ask to serve notice period without any use thus spoiling the life of person and career. No one in the organisation can deny this point. How good is an organisation in this perspective.?Have you heard any corporates behaving Soo. If you want to take a chance , you can and spoil yo career. It's okay for freshers who needs a job just for survival and to sit in the same seat forever. But definitely not for experienced. Suggestions: Try joining product based companies rather that a company with unethical behaviors and doesn't Kno how corporates operate.
