      Zigatta has changed my life...I will always be grateful for this experience. The last few years have been a time of learning and growth....very "eye opening", as well as rewarding for me, challenging of course, but overall just great. I couldn't have asked for a better company, team, leaders, work family, to go through a pandemic with, and move into a new way of living/working. It's been one for the books! I definitely was fortunate to find Zigatta when I did. I am grateful to be here and be apart of all this ~Happy Employee

      Benefits and Organization are lacking (Backoffice needs // Structure for Finance, Legal, HR...But the pro to that con is "We always make it work".

      - Awesome culture - Good PTOs - Friendly staff - The Mexican team is incredibly amazing - They listen to you and try to do something about it - They support you to become an expert

      Cons

      - They care about the money that enters the US not really to Mx, rates for clients can go up, but the money that goes to Mx stays the same, even though the team working on the project is 100% Mexican. - Sometimes there was not enough organization, it only mattered to allocate more people to projects to get more money - Disparity in salaries - Some clients are managers' friends so they just like to say 'yes' to everything, even when they are not right, yes, not always the client is right. - US managers should take more seriously your 1:1's, they are not to talk about projects, but to talk about career paths
