Ziggurat puts its staff first; interesting work, a supportive environment, flexible working, autonomy over your own workload and clients. If you are someone who enjoys variation and development in your work and you like to seek out new projects within the remit of the company goals, then Ziggurat allows you the room to challenge yourself and think outside of your day to day responsibilities. As a previous freelancer in film and television, Ziggurat has provided me an opportunity to be creative, tackle new and exciting things and do so in a stable workplace that allows me to have the best work life balance I have ever experienced.

Being a hybrid workplace is overall a pro, but it does mean we aren't in person with our teams on a frequent basis. However there are regular meet ups in place where teams and staff members do come together, but if you are someone who enjoys working in a large and busy office in a bustling city, then this isn't Ziggurat.
