I started with the position of SDE2 and I could definitely say I have become a better version of myself after being in here. Being in a startup has more impact on positive sides and we all know it, but being here in zignite just not helps you to innovate yourself also to level up the perspectives you have got. The way the organisation works is excellent. You will be assigned with the work you are confident on and nonetheless, you will end up learning lots of latest tech. As of now I haven’t seen any cons.
