Pros
Great teamwork, respectful camaraderie. Great health insurance paid at 100%. People really care about customers and work hard to make them happy. The product is very powerful and serves many different types of customers well. I'm happy to come to work each day, and even if it's a crazy day, I'm okay with it because I trust the people who are taking care of things. Flexible scheduling and a nice amount of PTO keep a great work/life balance.
Cons
It's small, so a lot of money isn't always available. Budget and staffing considerations impact what furniture, tools, technology, perks, etc. are available. Like a family, this small group has its eccentricities, but works well together nevertheless. Both the company and the product could benefit from some organization and attention to certain details, but overall it's really a top-notch company and product. The occasional chaos is balanced and mitigated somewhat by some very level-headed and practical members.
