Pros

The office building is nice (adding becuase something should be here) Learning opportunities are there Senior most employees are approachable( not management or project managers)

Cons

Space for micromanagement is immense Hr is a Dummy position, Acts as someone just on paper, decision are taken by some other guys Zero Job security is there Greedy Project Managers, greedy for respect. Corporate Slavery visible. Religious Discrimination on leave Policies If u perform well, then responsibility grows, but salary will be constant. Hiring done for personal gain of Project Managers, Firing and Suspension given due to Personal Ego, even without any valid Reason. CEO wants employees "who doesnt look at CLOCK" expects to work 24 hour if needed Very poor Leave policy No work life Balance, You end up exhausted

Pros

The only positive aspect of the company is the colleagues. Team members are supportive, friendly, and willing to help each other despite the challenges within the organization. Working alongside them made the experience more manageable.

Cons

The leave policy feels unfair and lacks inclusivity. Certain religious holidays are recognized while others receive limited consideration, which can create dissatisfaction among employees and affect workplace unity. Micromanagement is a significant issue. Employees are often given little autonomy, with managers closely controlling day-to-day tasks rather than trusting teams to perform their responsibilities. In some cases, individuals without sufficient knowledge of a department are involved in decision-making, which can lead to delays and inefficiencies. HR appears to have limited authority and influence within the organization. Employee concerns are not always addressed effectively, and the department often functions more as a communication channel between management and staff rather than an independent support system. Much of the focus seems to be on administrative and operational tasks instead of employee development and engagement. Overall, leadership and organizational processes need considerable improvement. The work environment can be challenging for employees seeking fairness, autonomy, and strong organizational support.
