Pros

Learned a lot of things. Work culture is good. They prioritize work over everything else. Overall team is really helpful.

Cons

Have to complete 200 hours every month. Lunch time is not included in the work time. Not enough holidays in a year. Saturday is working day. Men and women work in separate places. They provide salary in hand during probation. And if you leave before completing one year they will not give you experience certificate. No job security. Lot of people leave the job because of quarrels with the management. You have to punch in when you enter and punch out when you leave the work place.

Pros

The only positive aspect of the company is the colleagues. Team members are supportive, friendly, and willing to help each other despite the challenges within the organization. Working alongside them made the experience more manageable.

Cons

The leave policy feels unfair and lacks inclusivity. Certain religious holidays are recognized while others receive limited consideration, which can create dissatisfaction among employees and affect workplace unity. Micromanagement is a significant issue. Employees are often given little autonomy, with managers closely controlling day-to-day tasks rather than trusting teams to perform their responsibilities. In some cases, individuals without sufficient knowledge of a department are involved in decision-making, which can lead to delays and inefficiencies. HR appears to have limited authority and influence within the organization. Employee concerns are not always addressed effectively, and the department often functions more as a communication channel between management and staff rather than an independent support system. Much of the focus seems to be on administrative and operational tasks instead of employee development and engagement. Overall, leadership and organizational processes need considerable improvement. The work environment can be challenging for employees seeking fairness, autonomy, and strong organizational support.
