      Pros

      Focused, approachable and appreciative management who do whatever it takes to deliver what's best for the customers, and also builds the business and allows sustainability for the company. Absolutely enjoy working with many very talented (yet down to earth) people. Never a dull moment. The company has a great prospect, and I have no doubt will succeed in whatever it takes on next.

      Cons

      Not for faint hearted! Plans change, business pivots, projects get scrapped. It's a start-up that's grown fast, that needs to keep growing, and has to be able to adapt and change. It gets super busy at times. Career progression in some roles can be a bit hazy.

      Company has been great and so welcoming. They really care about their employees and make an effort to ensure their teams work well together.

      Pros

      Zilch is a fast paced hyper-growth environment, which I love. Your ideas are met with openness and there is a ton of visibility by the leadership team at every level.

      Cons

      Accelerated timelines and high expectations. Startup culture so we are still building processes.
