You have to be good at what you do here as its a small team and everyone is reliant on each other to do a good job. If you want a job where you can fly below the radar and do half a job then this isn't a place for you. Luckily the current team all put in 110%.

New Technology and a decent product which, if works will save the triggering of decommissioning certain wells.
Cons
The usual that comes with a small SME doing R&D with a limited budget, only work here if you are able to adapt. You'll learn on the job.....
