Great work culture, As it is a small company you won't find any corporate politics. No micro managemet.. Everyone is willing to help each other. There are lots of projects coming in everyday so you won't have a day where you are sitting idle without work. Great senior management. You have to work from office once a week and rest work from home.

I have seen no cons till now. One is that you don't get yearly hike as much as you have expected but I guess its the same for all companies.
