      Pros

      Great place to cultivate the creative mind. Love the open door culture and the leadership as well. The creative flow and process was great to learn and embody. The Creative director is a great mentor and very inspiring. I learnt a lot especially on leadership at Zilojo.

      Cons

      As much as it is a great place to grow there was no true path of career growth and successor-ship.

      Good for early career start. You get to learn the ropes of digital marketing with an experienced team.

      Cons

      Salary delays. As with any ad agency, be prepared for short project timelines.
