Monthly guarantee, not hourly. Usual free lunch on Saturdays, like most dealerships. Closed for most holidays, unlike other dealerships. Closes at 4pm on Saturday. Managers got demo rides.
Cons
Each lot/campus has its own pay plan, dress code and procedures; you really have to pick the right one. Anytime a new manager is hired, be prepared for turnover. Varies widely with used car set up and appraisal amounts.
