You are free to speak your mind, management appreciates different viewpoints. Acknowledges and acts on issues/suggestions. Example, some teams used to face consistent high work pressure however that has mostly been addressed. Many competent team members and leads. Challenging and exciting projects. Opportunities for certifications. Nice infrastructure. Some very good clients to work for and company is growing. If you’re self-driven and reasonably competent, you will thrive here.

Processes aren’t as mature as large companies. However, management acknowledges suggestions and constant improvement efforts can be seen.
