Pros

People are good in nature. Mobile testing managers are great. If you are in mobile testing team you will get a great farewell, so join to leave.

Cons

Financial growth was weak. Freshers are allocated to any team without even considering their will and if they ask to change to the team, either they are asked to leave by HRs or pressurised to work on that team only. A lot of repetitive boring work was allocated to people who deserve more challenges. Initially, I was told to join the development team and I worked there for 6 months as a software engineer then one day when I was on leave I got a mail that they switched my team to testing without even asking me once and I was promised that after 3 months I will be again moved back to the development team, and when time comes they straightly denied to move me back and I was forced to work on the testing team. Once you mail your resignation, then only they will take you seriously, at least that's what happened to me. People on some teams worked even on Diwali and Dussehra till 3:00 AM, just because the client is asking to complete the work. Very much a client-driven company not at all for freshers. If you join here, you will see seniors fighting on small topics just to satisfy their ego. Only few people get appreciated which demotivates other who work hard for the organization

Pros

Very different from other companies I have worked at, in a positive way. Collaboration is high, most people are self-motivated and help each other. You are free to speak your mind, management appreciates different viewpoints. Acknowledges and acts on issues/suggestions. Example, some teams used to face consistent high work pressure however that has mostly been addressed. Many competent team members and leads. Challenging and exciting projects. Opportunities for certifications. Nice infrastructure. Some very good clients to work for and company is growing. If you’re self-driven and reasonably competent, you will thrive here.

Cons

Processes aren’t as mature as large companies. However, management acknowledges suggestions and constant improvement efforts can be seen.
