Terrible Work/Life Balance - Customer Service Representative Zimmer Biomet Employee Review

There is absolutely no work/life balance. The management does not know anything that is actually going on with operations and, when advised of a problem, they simply do not listen. Very poorly run department within their spine division. Absolutely no appreciation for their employees. The company runs like a high school full of gossip and rumours. I honestly felt like most of the employees were the people who graduated at the bottom of their class. Not a lot of talent.
