Pros
Can make a lot of money in sales if you are lucky and have a manger that does not micro manage.
Cons
Manegemnt style was from the 50's, entire staff was verbally abused, each week with during conference calls with sales reps. When this was pointed out to the manager, his response was " I will do whatever it takes to get you guys to produce" Needless to say we all had one foot out the door.
