In my short time with Zimmer Biomet I have observed that there are many people that have come to work Zimmer that previously worked with other companies. This is due to the work/life balance that I have seen practices and not just preached. Some have even taken role and pay cuts to work for this organization that prides itself on doing things the right way and building long term relationships. They strive to be profitable, but never at the expense of integrity. Often times when you interview with some one you are over promised and under delivered, but so far with Zimmer, they have proven true to their word and I am very excited to be with this company.

At times you can feel like you are on your own and that can be intimidating and overwhelming. However, perspective is everything and this hands off approach allows you to stand on your own two feet. Support is never more than a phone call/email away.
