Great products and motivated sales team

Zero people management skills with people not valued. The worst culture in any organisation I have ever worked in with 30 years of work experience. Attrition extremely high with zero action to look at why this is occurring. Zero formal training department with out formal certification, sink or swim mentally!!! No accountability or ownership.
