If you feel that something violates our companies' guiding principle "respecting the contributions and perspectives of team members," we encourage you to report these occurrences and discuss opportunities with your manager and/or HR business partner. It is with candid and constructive feedback that we can continue to improve and succeed as a company.
While you are meeting with your manager and/or HR representative, we encourage team members to have conversations about career growth and opportunities, such as tuition reimbursement, utilization of the internal career portal and performance tools. After all, the responsibility to map out your career goals and development plan belongs to the individual and his/her manager.
In the meantime, we hope to reassure you that our Total Rewards team continuously reviews our pay program to ensure team members are paid equitably in line with each location's cost of living and current market standards.
