Strong history of ground breaking and encouraging innovation in their workforce. Friendly employees and management. Remaining connection with founders values and ideals. Relaxed environment and interactions. Enjoyable daily routing
Cons
Lack of corporate structure or roadmap can be frustrating. Occasionally unsure of where you stand (e.g., are you meeting/exceeding expectations). Very tight self-regulation, often feel as if every 2 steps forwards results in taking 1 step backwards. Location, rural indiana is not a sought after location.
