Not micromanaged, interesting job when it comes to day-to-day

Upper management is out of touch, all they care about is the IPO. I have never felt like the company cared about me and I know many other employees feel the same. On a 1099 plan... no benefits. Younger reps like me are leaving because we realize it doesn't have to be like this, there are many other med device companies that will take way better care of their employees. The culture here is toxic, a contest to see who can take the least amount of vacation and work the most hours. I am all for hard work but believe in working smarter not harder. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The cherry on top are the never-ending annoying emails from Ivan at 4 AM pushing reps to "SELL SELL SELL."
