I was asked to fix a project that my manager failed to resolve in over 1 year due to her lack of understanding of the project. Following that, one employee was fired over the project, another left over the project and yet another manager made a mess of the project. 2 employees refused to work on the project and the executive responsible took no responsibility for his complete negligence to put proper guidelines in place.
