      Pros

      Good motivation for help surgeon and Nurse everyday. Some time proud me by doctor. Because I helped so much for medical staff and patient.

      Cons

      I have driven the car every single day almost 24/7. I have mileage for 200000 kilometer within 3years. Bad management. Extremely bad keeps compliance. no rule for current job. They do not hesitate to do everything to achieve the budget. I can not say a lot. But, they have no rules. Sometime violence and bullying for sales rep from manager. That was bad memories....
